Tries returning for bigger size when jacket arrived. No response back from company. Followed there instructions and never heard from them. Great product not so great company.

These are incredible quality. And they look better than any "casual" street bike gear I've ever seen. Once I got the sizing right (34, XL and I'm 5'10" and 200lbs), they're perfect. And if the drawstring doesn't hold tight enough, there are belt loops, which is a great touch. Great look, great fit, lots of protection. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed with the quality and the style.
My wife and I love Ride Rich! We have purchased many of their armored collection gear. Only reason for the 4 star is my wife originally ordered a Medium pant and turned out she needed to size up. The return took a while, but overall satisfied. Just wish the shipping was faster and wish they would do more to keep things in stock, always either sold out or back order.

The jacket is a little tight in the arms, despite being the same size as the black one I bought months before.
