RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Original condition
• Unwashed, unworn, unaltered
• Tags attached
• Original packaging included

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items returned worn, damaged, stained, or missing tags or packaging will be rejected. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the rejected item back to them.

 


NORTH AMERICAN RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are now free in Canada and the United States.

North American Returns

• We provide a free return shipping label
• Store credit is issued once your item is received and verified
• Store credit never expires and can be used online at any time

North American Exchanges

• Exchanges follow the same process as a return
• Once you receive your store credit, you can place a new order for the item needed
• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item

Additional Notes

• Original shipping fees are not included in store credit
• Store credit is issued for the product amount only
• Items must meet all Return Eligibility Requirements

 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

International Returns

• We provide the return shipping label
• Label cost is deducted from your store credit
• Store credit is issued once your item is received and verified
• Store credit never expires and can be used online at any time

International Exchanges

• Exchanges follow the same process as a return
• Once you receive your store credit, you can place a new order
• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item

Additional Notes

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non refundable
• Items must meet all Return Eligibility Requirements

 


HOW TO START A RETURN

Starting a return is simple. All Ride Rich returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Contact Us page so our team can review and issue the correct return label.

To start your return, please include the following information in the form:

• Your full name
• The email used at checkout
• Your order number
• The item or items you would like to return

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and send you the appropriate return label and next steps.

Important Notes

• Only items that meet our Return Eligibility Requirements will be accepted
• Do not send back any items before receiving confirmation and your return label
• Each return label is unique to your request. Items not listed on your return form cannot be included in the package

PROCESSING TIMES

How long will it take to process my return

• Store credit is issued within two to six business days after your return is received
• Processing times may vary during peak periods

How you will receive your credit

• Store credit is sent to the email used at checkout
• It can be used online for any future Ride Rich purchase

 


RETURNS FOR GIFT CARD PURCHASES

Items purchased using a Ride Rich gift card may be returned for store credit only.

• Store credit will be reissued as a new code
• Store credit cannot be transferred back to the original gift card
• No cash or refund value will be provided

Gift cards themselves are final sale and cannot be returned.

 


HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Holiday Return Window

• Purchases made November 15 to January 5 may be returned until January 5
• Eligible items are issued as store credit
• Items must meet all Return Eligibility Requirements

Final Sale During Holidays

• Black Friday and Cyber Monday items are final sale
• Boxing Day items are final sale
• Gift cards are final sale

 


FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Black Friday and Cyber Monday items
• Boxing Day items
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items listed as Final Sale at checkout

Final sale items are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

To ensure a smooth return experience, please keep the following in mind.

Return Labels

• Every return label is unique to your specific request
• Do not combine items from different orders into one return package
• Do not add extra items not included in your return request

Order Numbers

• Always use the correct order number and label provided
• Ride Rich is not responsible for returns shipped using incorrect details

Verification

• All returns are inspected
• Items not meeting eligibility requirements will be rejected and shipped back at customer expense
