EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges must be requested 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s). Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Please send original sales receipt with exchange shipment. Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid and regular shipping charges apply upon return to buyer. For exchanges, customers will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).

REFUND POLICY

Refunds must be requested 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s). Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Any merchandise purchased at discount, on sale or using a gift card cannot be returned for a refund. Return packages must be shipped pre-paid and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable. Any items sent back that do not meet all previously mentioned criteria will be shipped back to the customer.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed online, but you may contact Customer Service to make this request. We will make our best efforts to apply the requested change, however it may not be possible to stop or change an order that is already in process.

Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation. If an order ships prior to confirmation, standard return policy applies.
